The products offered are intended exclusively for commercial buyers (salon chains, spas, and beauty centers) located in Argentina. Sales to end consumers are not made.
To access volume pricing and place orders, the customer must complete the registration form with valid tax data (CUIT, business name, commercial address). Kcbeautymart reserves the right to verify the information and reject applications that do not meet the B2B profile. Each account is non-transferable, and the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.
Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance by Kcbeautymart. Prices published on the platform may vary without prior notice and do not include taxes or shipping costs. The buyer agrees to pay the total amount within 15 business days after the invoice is issued, unless a different written agreement exists. Any delay in payment may suspend future deliveries.
Kcbeautymart guarantees that the supplied products meet the technical specifications indicated in the product sheets. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery, provided the equipment has been used according to the instructions. Damages from misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are excluded. Under no circumstances shall Kcbeautymart be liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the products.
All content on the site —including texts, images, logos, and technical sheets— is the property of Kcbeautymart or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited. The user agrees not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, nor to introduce viruses or any other malicious code.
Kcbeautymart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via a notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date implies acceptance of the new conditions. If the customer does not agree, they may request the cancellation of their account without penalty.
